Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price less administration fees. The return must be processed within 30 days - from the date the product was received by the customer. Administrative fees cover our expenses to process the refund and re-introduce the item into the store.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges. The product must be returned in the original packaging and must be unused. The product must be shipped with an insurance value of at least the purchase price. You will be notified by email and the refund will be issued once the process is completed.
Shipping
The AtikStore ships mostly to continental USA. We apologize to our international customers. If the purchase price exceeds $400, we will gladly discuss shipping arrangements. Shipping charges are extra and based on the International Shipping rates when the purchase was made.
